Terms of Service
Please read these terms before using CyberDesserts, the blog, the AI Maturity Assessment, or CyberDesserts Coach.
These Terms govern your use of CyberDesserts, operated by Shakel Ahmed, an individual based in the United Kingdom trading as CyberDesserts ("we", "us"). CyberDesserts is not a registered company; it is provided by Shakel Ahmed as a sole individual (see our About and Shakel Ahmed pages). This covers the website and blog, the AI Maturity Assessment, and CyberDesserts Coach ("the Service"), our career and skills coaching service delivered to your AI environment via the Model Context Protocol (MCP). By using the site or connecting to the Service you agree to these Terms.
1) Informational Purpose Only
CyberDesserts provides educational and informational content about cybersecurity, careers, and AI. Nothing here is professional, legal, financial, or security advice.
2) CyberDesserts Coach
CyberDesserts Coach provides read-only access to structured career, role, certification, and skills guidance, grounded in curated CyberDesserts content and structured role and certification data. The Service returns structured guidance for your AI client to reason over. It performs no actions on your systems and takes no destructive operations.
3) Acceptable Use
You may use the site and the Service only for lawful, personal, and educational purposes. You agree not to:
- use the Service to develop, facilitate, or conduct unlawful activity;
- attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or circumvent the Service's access controls or rate limits;
- resell, redistribute, or represent the Service's output as your own product; or
- use the Service in violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate access that violates these Terms.
4) Accounts and Access
Access to CyberDesserts Coach requires authentication via a supported identity provider (Google or Microsoft). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and connecting clients. Fair-use rate limits apply and may change.
5) Guidance Accuracy and No Reliance
CyberDesserts Coach is grounded in curated content and structured role and certification data that is periodically refreshed and may not reflect the latest changes. Guidance is provided "as is" for general informational and educational purposes and is not professional career, financial, legal, or security advice. Certification details such as costs, study hours, and renewal requirements can change; verify them with the relevant certifying body before relying on them. We do not guarantee any particular job, salary, certification, or career outcome.
6) No Warranties
Content and the Service are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or uninterrupted availability.
7) No Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CyberDesserts and its contributors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or any loss or impact arising from your use of or reliance on the website, blog, assessment, downloads, linked resources, or CyberDesserts Coach and its output.

For security and intellectual property reasons, detailed infrastructure information is not publicly disclosed. Where required by law or regulator, additional information can be made available on request under a suitable confidentiality arrangement.
9) User Submissions
If you submit information (for example, name, email, or assessment responses), you confirm you have the right to provide it and understand it will be handled per our Privacy Policy. Please do not include sensitive personal data in free-text fields.
10) Educational Content & Code Examples
The blog and assessment pages may include code samples, demonstrations, or configurations for learning. These are simplified examples and not production-ready. You are responsible for testing, securing, and reviewing any implementation. We are not responsible for misuse or resulting issues.

Certification names, framework names, and other third-party marks referenced by the Service remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only. Your use must respect those rights where applicable.
