Shakel Ahmed (known as Shak) is a cybersecurity professional with over 20 years of experience working with global organisations on offensive security, threat validation, and security operations. He is the founder of CyberDesserts, a hands-on learning platform for cybersecurity practitioners and students.

Currently Director of Sales Engineering at Pentera, Shakel has spent over two decades working with enterprises across industries to implement security programmes, navigate compliance frameworks, and build resilient security operations. His work spans offensive security, AI security threats, SIEM, and supply chain security.
